I have more good memories than I realized. I have a habit of focusing on all of the bad things that happened when I was a kid, and they block out most of the good memories. This helped me to remember those memories that I haven’t thought about in a long time…

...I must apologize if I’m not on Facebook a lot, I don’t have much energy lately.
